Driver's Insurance Requirements

You acknowledge that you must maintain minimum insurance coverage on your vehicle at all times and that your vehicle registration as well as driver license must be current at all times you drive for Rydepass. The insurance must be primary automobile liability insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000 for death, bodily injury, and property damage.

Zero Tolerance Policy on Alcohol or drugs

Rydepass does not tolerate the use of alcohol or drugs by drivers using the Rydepass app. If you believe your driver may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please have the driver END THE TRIP IMMEDIATELY.
